Our existing shower was unsuitable for my wife and we needed a low level walk in shower. Our situation was promptly appreciated by the sales team (incidentally, no high pressure sales techniques or rubbishing competitors’ products) and project manager, and especially by Richard, who fitted the shower. As the work went on he confirmed that things like the grab rails and seat were appropriately positioned for my wife, kept me informed if anything expected occurred (like a floor rafter being being in exactly the wrong place) and how he proposed to resolve it, and worked quickly and efficiently. Richard arrived punctually each morning (throughout all appointments were kept at the time agreed) and at the end of each day explained what had been completed so far and what he would be doing the following day. Happy to give this endorsement of his work.

Our new shower cubicle has just finished being installed. The assessor did not fully report to the fitter the complexities of the fitting and this led to frustrations for the fitter which resulted in a number of problems which had to be sorted. Steve, the excellent fitter, managed to unravel these and came up with happy solutions for all of them, so well done! He remained patient, cheerful, and was always ready to explain the intricacies of the work to me.

EA mobility installed a new kitchen and bathroom for me and I'm so pleased with it. The guys Lewis, Craig and Stuart did an amazing job. They involved me every step of the way and we're lovely friendly workmen. They showed great workmanship and tidied up behind them. I now have a kitchen that suits my needs and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend.
