I recently bought the Tokyo Hot Tub following a conversation with Ricky at the showroom. Ricky's friendly manner and extensive knowledge of hot tubs were clearly evident.
The men who installed my hot tub were a pleasure to deal with and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. They were extremely helpful and even assisted me with a minor DIY task in my garden while they were there, which I greatly appreciate.
They were a very pleasant group of individuals and I am thoroughly pleased with my new hot tub.

Purchasing a hot tub from E.J. Payne was a brilliant experience for us. From the initial enquiry to the pre-installation site visit, installation day, which included crane hire they arranged, and the after-care service, everything was amazing. The staff were always friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional, providing everything needed for peace of mind.
Their after-sales service has also been helpful and responsive. Ultimately, the question is whether you would use a company again, and considering the fair costs and amazing service we received, the answer is yes.

Payne Leisure was formed in the 1970's to meet the demand for a reliable local company to supply chemicals and equipment to a growing number of private and semi-commercial swimming pools in the local area. From this beginning we have gone on to become a national supplier to many hotel and private leisure groups as well as now offering a full package of design, build, maintenance and service of new and existing swimming pools and "wet leisure facilities".
