The price quoted is the price you'll be asked to pay - there will be no extra hidden charges - the only extras you'll be charged for are those that you have specifically requested at a later date - and these will be agreed with you before they are carried out! To show our confidence in our work, clients are welcome to hold a 5% retainer for 3 months from the date of completion, and all works carry a 5 year workmanship guarantee.
