Ive had a problem with a toilet that keeps backing up and Drainage & Plumbing answered my request and called today. The engineer was courteous, very helpful and gave me a lot of good advice. Moreover he took time and trouble and did a great job clearing blockages in the pipes, both in the toilet and the kitchen sink. Rapid response on a Saturday to clear a blocked kitchen drain. Opened up the manhole cover to the drain system and did a thorough clean with high pressure jet. Tidied up nicely afterwards and checked to make sure everything was draining properly. Friendly and up front with a fixed price.

I contacted Drainage & Plumbing to carry out a clean and CCTV survey via WhatsApp. I also contacted two other companies though the response from this company was pretty much immediate and everything was scheduled within the week. The guys turned up when they said, and the report which was supposed to take up to 72 hours arrived the next day! The pricing was transparent with no hidden costs. I cant recommend this company highly enough and wouldnt hesitate to use their services again. Incredibly professional, great communication and were reliable.
