Located in Tipton, I am a self employed Building surveyor with 15 years knowledge of preparing plans for local authority approval for house extensions and loft conversions. I have a degree in Surveying and I am a member of the Association of Building Engineers. 90% of my work is from recommendations. I provide reasonable prices and a fast, friendly service and try to give helpful advice on: the advantages or disadvantages of certain proposals and their chances of earning approval.
