Dixon’s came out to us on an emergency call out. They were very polite, efficient and got the problem sorted quickly. All mess was cleaned up by them and taken away. 5* service.

Billy performed an annual service on our old Baxi boiler. His keen eye found a hole in the side which meant that deadly carbon monoxide gases were escaping into the air. Billy advised that the boiler could no longer be used, so swiftly decommissioned the old boiler and capped the gas to make things safe for our family. Very grateful for his professional service. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service from a professional plumber, and a quick response to the problems with the boiler. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again and also highly recommend. The invoice was clearly detailed (which you don't usually see) and a full breakdown of the work carried out along with recommendations for the future.

Billy came to assess the problem within 1.5 hours of my initial call, sorting out the heating on the coldest day of the year! He then fixed the boiler, which had a faulty gauge the next day. Excellent service, thank you.
