We put a strong emphasis on safe eco friendly cleaning techniques and have developed our carpet and sofa cleaning around detergent free cleaning products in order to provide you with a top quality safe clean that doesn't cost the earth. We will never use Pure steam to clean carpets or upholstery as this will only cause damage. Delicate wool carpets will be damaged irreversibly with pure steam, and upholstery will show damage with the pile being set in the wrong direction with the steam partially melting the fibres.
