Inspction fee payable when goods booked in for repair.
The 30 inspection fee is deducted from the total cost of the repair bill, e.g. total repair bill is 60 - 30 = 30 to pay;
15 inspection fee for TVs less than 32 and for small items;
A verbal estimate will be provided if we cannot repair the product within the inspection fee cost.
A written estimate may incur a 15 charge;
The inspection fee is not refunded if we cannot repair the item or if you reject our repair estimate;
If your goods are not collected within 21 days we reserve the right to dispose of them.
Under the WEEE directive these goods are considered hazardous waste and involve a disposal cost.
