I am extremely happy with the service provided by Mariama in the South East London area. Mariama always sends me excellent people to clean my flat. She is extremely reliable and helpful, always responding to me quickly and, if I need to change a day, she is very flexible. I always have a cleaner at the time I ask. The cleaners Mariama sends have been outstanding, energetic and all have a positive attitude.

Diamond Home Support Carlisle have exceeded expectations in the service they offered. I was impressed that there was a home visit first before engaging the work in order to create a bespoke service. The Team have deep cleaned my home and have done an immaculate job in every way. They were pleasant, trustworthy and had an eye for details. I would strongly recommend Diamond Home Support.

Very happy with Lynda's service and the choice of cleaner that she sent for us. Georgina has worked for us for about a year and she is lovely. I really appreciate the support of someone to help me with the cleaning with a houseful of none-too-tidy children and who gets on well with my children and pets. Unlike the gentleman who left a negative review earlier, I don't mind flexible cleaning times so long as the work gets done and there is regular communication.

I don't know the gentleman's cleaner so I am only speaking for myself. I am supportive of flexible working, because as a working mother, I appreciate the difficulties of trying to keep all the balls in the air looking after children, a home, and a job. It goes both ways, Georgina will do extra without being asked and takes her initiative to do things I haven't thought of. I am very appreciative of everything she does.

Just want to say a massive Thankyou to Lynda at diamond for arranging a clean last minute. The lady she sent was absolutely fantastic. Went that extra mile. My house looks and smells amazing! I have now booked a regular weekly slot. Highly recommend this company. Thankyou so very much

We've used Diamond Home Support for close to a year now, and eagerly recommend them to anyone looking for home support. Emails and phone calls are responded to quickly and professionally, and nothing is ever too big a problem. Likewise, the people who we've been lucky enough to have come and clean our home have been incredibly considerate, friendly and professional.

I think the highest praise we can afford them is that we trust them implicitly, and the house feels so warm and welcoming once they've been. We're very happy with the service!

I have been a happy client of Diamond Home Support over the last 5 months. Initially booked in for a deep clean of my home which had undergone a massive renovation - Jan came and provided a quote quickly and I was happy to book it in with her immediately. I have been having a weekly regular clean since then with no complaints. Service is always friendly and Jan has always responded to any emails promptly. Already recommended Diamond Home Support to a friend!

Diamond home support has been a god send! My elderly parents had been struggling and myself struggling to help due to work commitments and 3 children. Although I visit most weekends, I found that I was spending most of my time cleaning rather than enjoying the time with my parents, and the time was starting to become a chore. After months of trying I finally persuaded my parents to allow me to book them in with a cleaner.

My parents where booked in with a lady called Pauline who is absolutely fantastic. They cannot believe what a great job she does each week. Nothing is too much trouble. She is reliable, friendly and thorough, it has made such a difference to all of us, I can now look forward to seeing my parents, knowing I can enjoy the time with them. My only regret is that I did not book in sooner.

After suffering so many let downs and no shows from independent cleaners in Liverpool I am very happy to see Diamond have done what they said they'd do. Happy tenants! Happy landlords

Diamond Home Support, excellent service and value for money

Diamond Home Support has found us a lovely lady who cleans for us on a weekly basis. The service from Diamond Home Support is really good, emails let us know about anything important and apart from that we communicate directly with our lovely cleaning lady.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they offer a valuable reliable service which is also good value for money.
