Used Will twice now to let a property, its been so easy and I didnt want to do the process of finding and vetting tenants myself. Davis and Co did everything, so simple and very professional and was far cheaper than the big high st agencies for a far better personalised service. I wouldnt hesitate to use again. This is how a letting agent should be 10/10
