Music Lessons in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
The guitar lessons are taught in The Potting Shed, a purpose-built studio at the home of the tutor and are suited to the student's personal requirements. Wherever possible the music used is chosen by the student, covering many musical styles including rock, pop, blues and folk. Electric and acoustic guitars are catered for with beginners being especially welcome. The 1st lesson is less than half price, with no obligation to continue. Courses of lessons are generally arranged to run during school term times but can be continued in the school holidays if required.

read moreThe guitar is an ever popular instrument. Music in a wide range of styles can be played on the guitar. I offer guitar lessons in different styles of music and acoustic, classical or electric guitars can all be catered for. Students of all ages are welcome. Individuals and pairs of students can be accommodated and parents of younger pupils are always welcome to attend lessons. Beginners' brass and ukulele lessons are also available. The resource area is free to use for all of my current pupils. It contains backing tracks and examples of music we are learning.

read morePrivate lessons are taught in the Potting Shed, our purpose built music room at our home in Benhall, Cheltenham. Most lessons last for 30 minutes but longer lessons are sometimes possible if requested if time is available, as are shorter sessions for younger beginners. Most pupils come along weekly, but a few chose to come fortnightly. I tend to work during school term times but do offer additional lessons during some of the school holidays if there is demand. Pupils can learn to play on different types of guitar - acoustic, electric or classical are all fine.
