I live in the Republic Of Ireland and ordered a TCL TV for delivery during the Black Friday sales. Apparently they only normally deliver as far as Dublin for higher price/delicate electricals using their own vans, but as I lived further south they arranged pallet delivery for the TV to ensure safe transit at no extra cost. Absolutely outstanding service as they could have just issued a refund - thank-you, highly recommended retailer
