read moreDo the crystals come off? The crystals are applied using a superior application technique and they should not come off easily. The only place that you may notice the crystals coming off over time will be near the access area's of the phone case. We always provide spare crystals, glue and tweezers just incase this happens. When treated with great care you will experience no crystal loss at all. What is the difference between custom item and premade item? Premade items are usually those that are already made and can be shipped straight away.
