Offering advice and always pointing out where to save money which in this climate is paramount. Always happy to discuss over the phone and willing to visit us on site with issues that cannot be sorted remotely. We feel we are valued as a customer and not just another number on the customer list.

Hi Mark International are the UK Distributors for Body Sculpture Fitness based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. We chose Core Team One because they are a dedicated group of IT professionals. Having dealt with members of their team since the early 1990's we have relied on them for all our IT support and have never found them wanting. They have always resolved any problem we have presented. CTO supply us with software and hardware, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam and support/manage our servers and network.
Their latest project upgraded our servers and migrated us to Office 365. Their approach is very much pro-active, anticipating what is needed and guiding us on the correct path to maintaining a reliable system which provides for our daily needs. Their response to support calls is first class and we could not ask for a better service than what we get. We highly recommend them to any prospective client

The whole CTO team have been a massive help to LSI organising a new phone system, reconfiguring the whole system/server, including a wifi installation that actually works throughout the two buildings. When others say it can't be done - call CTO!

After getting disillusioned with my previous IT support and repetitive issues with email security, I came across CTO. They listened well to what we needed for my team of remote workers and how they could support us. They advised of new solutions to prevent the previous issues and offered a transparent roadmap to our IT support and contract. my team and I now know we are secure, supported and we can all get on with our work without the worry of IT issues. Simply the best there are! No problem is too small and no question too silly. They have been supporting our Network and onsite server for over 15 years, they supplied and now support our phone system as well. No need to book support online just a simple phone call away. I have no hesitation in recommending them, a breath of fresh air compared to the others!

Fuel Storage Solutions engaged with Core Team One approximately two years ago when we were looking for a partner to assist with our IT upgrade. Including new onsite server, cloud integration and upgrade of existing hardware and telephone system. I have no doubt that CTO's input and advice has ensured our continued success during the last 12 months periods of lockdown.
Our staff have been able to work remotely from home with little to no difference in output. CTO, respond immediately to any request for help no matter how small. Very rarely in this modern world do you run across a company that truly does "put the customer first" I would whole heartedly recommend CTO to any business looking for an honest partner to assist with ALL things IT related.
