Just a little bit of information to inform you of how our service works. Conference Guide UK is a free conference venue finding service. As an agent we take a commission from the conference and meeting venues we work with but this commission is in no way reflected in the rates we're given by the venue or pass on to you. We work alongside the conference venues to ensure the highest possible rates are quoted for our customers. We work closely with our customers to make sure we're getting the right venue for their event be it a meeting or conference and will negotiate rates on their behalf should we need to.
