Got my new boiler fitted today by Mus and his son absolutely brilliant job from start to finish. They turned up on time, very friendly and professional and explained everything clearly. Helped with a problem that could have been very costly if they hadn't identified. Really tidy too, left the place spotless. Boilers running perfectly already. Cant recommend them enough proper reliable guys who know what theyre doing. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks again Mus.

Had a new boiler installation completed by Mus and his colleagues on Tuesday. The service provided was first class, incredibly professional and friendly. After initial issues relating to the install off of wrong info given by myself to Mus, they were able to overcome this and ensure the install was completed on the day as requested. Would highly recommend this company for any needs.

Mus fixed my boiler on very short notice(same day).
Friendly service, 100% recommended. My system is 20+ years old, so agreed on getting a new one.
A week later Mus removed my old boiler and installed a new one at a great price. Could not recommend enough. All completed with no mess or disruption. 23/11/23.

Called and had the team out the very next day. Delivered on what I needed doing, and spotted faults that could have been very expensive in the future. Thorough checks and work was to codes of practice. Talked me thru the boiler restart too. Excellent customer service, good work and at a reasonable price

I am absolutely delighted with the work Mus and his son Abbas done for us. Right from the first contact to completion ,the guys were excellent to deal with. Mus gave me a price I was happy with and installed the boiler a few days later with absolutely no problems. Both guys are very courteous and importantly, to me anyway, turn up at the times they say they will!!. They left the place very tidy and took away the old boiler and stuff. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mus and Abbas, they left a top notch job and made the whole process from quote to install very easy.

I had to obtain a Gas Safety Certificate as I am moving home. Must came out the same day. Efficient, friendly and very competent with advice concerning my appliances. I have passed his details onto a relative who will soon need a certificate.

Called at 9pm at night due to a broken Boiler. They came round the next day and installed a brand new system for us.

What can I say? The quick response of this team to what I thought was a minor issue may well have saved my life. When they found out that my boiler was scorched throughout inside, they made time to replace it the very next day - and in the process, found that the gas valve was leaky. Their calm and professional handling of the situation quickly resolved these problems. They also showed a rare level of respect and understanding regarding my disability. I wish more service providers were this good!
