I found this company to be incredibly helpful and good value . The engineer Zoltan turned up on the agreed time and was very polite and completed the work very quickly. Unusual to find proficient reliable companies these days. I would highly recommend Climate Works. Go ahead and book your maintenance with them
I have enjoyed my journey with Climate Works from start to finish. Their communication is amazing, I have never received prompt replies to my questions and detailed information as I did receive from Ashley. I did get the best quote for service I wanted and they even didn't charge me for extra job had to be done for my AC installation. My dream came true in 1 week time from accepting the quote, engineers (Zoltan and Bobby) are amazing, very polite, kind and working so neatly and cleaning after themselves which with my little OCD is such a bonus. I would highly recommend them, despite so many competitors on the market and variety of company to choose , I am glad I have decided to go with their service.

From initial contact with Ashley through to quoting and completion of the job we were very happy. The team decommissioned and replaced an existing unit upstairs in the master bedroom and installed a second unit downstairs. So thankful we had this done before the temperatures went up recently and grateful to be cool not only at night but downstairs too. Would highly recommend Ashley and his team.

ClimateWorks recently installed air-conditioning in our garden office and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Their response time was excellent since the request to get a quote, and the quote was highly competitive ( I really mean it!), and the installers were courteous professionals with impressive technical knowledge. Absolutely brilliant work from Stephen and Robbie at ClimateWorks. Needed a relocation on an internal unit and a full service. Both done with complete professionalism, super efficient, tidy and polite. And at a totally reasonable cost unlike some other providers! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be using them for our annual service from now on.

Excellent communication from start to finish, quickly and fairly estimated for the work.
Most importantly, unlike some AC companies they were more than happy to service a residential unit which they had not installed, and did so to a good standard.

Very smooth installation and hard working guys. My Mum is 83 years old and was struggling with the temperatures we seem to being seeing more and more of these days. I think they did a great job, more importantly my Mum does! she is now nice and cool which makes me happy.

Really recommend, from initial quote through to final install and commissioning our two bedrooms aircon units are fantastic, wish we had done it years ago as England does have the occasional hot night but more importantly in a new build the rooms get very stuffy so most nights in the summer we will use it set on low. Competitively priced professionally installed!
