City & Northern Projects

Set up in 1983 City & Northern are a privately run organisation located in Gateshead, North East UK. The most of our work takes place in the North East. City & Northern have recently completed a number of schemes the most notable being The Watermark and Keel Row at Metro Riverside Park, with over 120, 000 sq ft of office accommodation having already been delivered. The challenge for City & Northern was not just delivering adaptable buildings, superbly suited out with the latest technology, but the entire environment being supportive to the businesses and their team.
