Chilsong Martial Arts was formerly The Norwich School of Korean Martial Arts. NSKMA was established in Norwich, England in 1972 as Norwich Jidokwan. It's founder, Master Kwon Young-Woo, was a South Korean working in Norwich as a chicken sexer! He was, at that time, a Tang Soo Do (Moodukwan) black-belt, and subsequently joined the UKTF (ITF) where he remained until a difference of opinion with Master Rhee Ki Ha, the chief instructor. Master Kwon then joined the WTF and helped to set up the British Taekwondo Assn.
