Children's Music Academy

Music Lessons in London
Music Lessons in London Children's Music Academy teaches music to children in Fitzrovia and in studios across Central London. Every lesson is one to one, taught weekly on a set day and time, and every child is matched to a teacher chosen for that child's age as much as for the instrument a toddler meeting the piano through musical games and a teenager working towards a grade are not the same lesson.

Nine instruments are taught: piano, guitar, bass guitar, singing, violin, cello, flute, saxophone and drums. Lessons run for 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on age, and a child can start in any week of the year there is no need to wait for September, or for a term to begin.

The Academy was founded by British master pianist Celine Gaurier-Joubert, and its teachers specialise in teaching children rather than adults. Children are never judged or criticised. They are guided with patience and positivity, every milestone is celebrated, and lessons are matched to the level each child is at, so beginners and more advanced pupils alike progress at a comfortable pace.

Graded examinations with ABRSM and Trinity College London are available and entirely optional. Fees are paid monthly in advance.
