Chelmsford Hockey Club are a Men's and Ladies (field) hockey club located in the County of Essex (England) We have over 100 and fifty regular adult playing members, of all ages and abilities, as well as a thriving youth section. We field eight Men's teams and five Ladies teams every weekend, including two Men's Veterans' XI's. Both Our Ladies and Men's first XI's compete in their respective England Hockey League Conference East Divisions.

In particular, coaches, umpires and volunteers are recommended to consider appropriate public liability cover as provided by Essex Hockey or England Hockey. The Club's insurance does not prevent them being sued as individuals for actions or omissions. All vehicle insurances, where youth players are transported to or from training, matches and social events, are required to include cover for injury to passengers.
