Cheerz

Cheerz is a family owned business, originally set up in 1997 by the owner Elaine Donaldson, who began the business working from home. As the business took off, Elaine became a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) which is a recognised balloon industry qualification and means you can expect to receive the highest balloon decorating service available within the industry. Elaine has appeared on TV in the past and more recently, a local radio station broadcast it's early morning show on location from the shop premises.
