The Churches Housing Association of Dudley & District - better known as CHADD is a tiny charitable Housing Association delivering a array of housing options for people who need support to allow them to live in the community. We currently accommodate around 200 people in our homes, working alone or with partner agencies to jointly deliver the support and housing services which people need in order to live as independently as they choose. We currently have over 27 years knowledge in delivering supported housing to single people, older persons and people with special requirements.
