Located in Lancashire, UK, and working mainly in the North West, CGS offers training, facilitation and consultancy to public service and not for profit organisations around people and service delivery issues. We currently have a strong dedication to public services, and are passionate that people who use them get a quality experience. We know that quality public services depend not just on policies and targets, but on the people processes on which service delivery depends - personal morale, motivation, the way people relate and communicate with each other etc.
