We needed to source some quite specific old trudge tiles.
Cawarden couldnt have been more helpful. From the ladys in the office to the chaps on the yard, they are very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating.

The place is extensive with a massive choice of all things reclaimed and unusual. Well worth a visit

What a great surprise we had at Cawardines today. An exciting discovery with an extensive range of all things building. Knowledgable and engaging staff who were generous with their time, capped off a first but not last visit. Prices were also competitive, even good value.

Brilliant company, can not recommend enough. I contacted and spoke to the joiner Paul who listened to what I needed which were corbels for my oak fireplace, he made to measure for me and completed and sent to me within a few days.. very talented and could not be happier with what I have received.

Fantastic service would recommend - They put customers and the public before profit!! Recently I had items stolen from me, unbeknown to Cawarden Reclamation they purchased my items which I soon found online for sale. When I approached them and explained the situation despite them being at a loss they arranged the quick return of my items. Without any hesitation they went out of there way to
help me. Not many companies would do this. They were extremely understanding and genuine. I would
go out of my way to use there services!!

I've used Cawarden for various projects over the years. I recently needed to return some items as they were faulty - not through any fault of Cawarden's, and they give me a full refund without quibbling. Excellent customer service. Kate

The blokes on the floor are lovely, know their stuff and are very helpful, but they need to teach their till staff some manners - it cost them an immediate sale of several hundred and two future sales of paint and flooring that would have been considerably more. I shan't be going back, there are other places I can spend my money without having a diva throw my change at me and without having to leave my details in order to pay- I've never heard of anything so stupid in my life.

What an amazing place, the yard is set at the end of a lovely 1 mile long driveway with fields and woods on either side.
This is the biggest reclamation yard in the UK and it lives up to the claim.
The staff here are wonderful, Vernon, Daniel and the lovely lady on reception (sorry we didnt get her name) could not have been more helpful or courteous.

I ordered 7 bespoke Oak Ledge & Brace doors from Cawardens and they manufactured them within 4 days. We arranged to collect in person Sunday 28th Oct 18 and traveled from Plymouth to collect getting delayed for over 3 hours en route. Vernon who we had been dealing with us offered to come to reopen the yard so that we could collect at 7pm after they had closed at 4pm. It was an incredible service well beyond what we could have realistically ever expected and we were absolutely delighted with the doors, but more so his cheerful and friendly nature. It is lovely to know that there are still some really helpful people around. I would thoroughly recommend the product and the people at Cawarden - Thanks again Vernon. A great place to pick up quality materials. I purchased 5 X Oak plank doors made to measure and ready to fit within 5 days. Superb would highly recommend.
