Over the next ten years Carlton Contracts was employed as specialist sub-contractor on some of the North West's most prestigious construction contracts. In 2000, Carlton Contracts acquired Tom Finney Acoustics, then the oldest suspended ceiling and partitioning contractor in the North West, to augment this service to its existing construction clients, whilst Carlton Contracts diversified into the commercial fit out and refurbishment market.
