We wanted to introduce our coffee and ice creams to a wider audience, somewhere vibrant where we haven't been before, and thought where better than Manchester? Set in the busy market town and gateway to Abersoch and Bardsey Island, this is our smallest outlet but a favourite as it was our 1st new shop back in 1984. This is where we started to develop the Cadwalader Caf brand and this shop has been central to all the developments as we trial most of our new ideas here.
