CB Land Consultancy Ltd. Was established in 1997 by Charles Baker a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Charles' specialism is the design and implementation of restoration and aftercare schemes following mineral extraction. Located in Nottinghamshire, we're well located for easy access to both the motorway and major road networks. Our customers vary from private individuals, farmers, government organisations, mineral operators to major development firms.
