This machine originates from the USA and has been developed between the two companies to produce a range of embossing and gauging machines used in the steel/aluminium cladding and door industry world wide. There are many effects which can be created varying from a wood grain to a stucco finish. The machines themselves can be completely self-contained or integrated into a production line. Panel handling systems have been developed over the years and with the use of input conveyors, turn over units, scissor lifts, temporary storage arms and elevating conveyors, BDC Ltd has created a production line which can run a 3 shift system with the minimum of maintenance.
