In November 2006 Darren completed a management buy out and formed B.L.A Valuers Ltd. Darren is involved with all aspects of the business and covers the whole of the UK. Bruce is a Chartered Surveyor and has some 40 years vast experience in the valuation and negotiation of Fixtures and Fittings inventories for the transfer of tenancies, leases, and freehold sites. Bruce operates out of our Head Office and covers the whole of the UK.
