Our preventative maintenance contracts are tailored to make sure that your air conditioning is always running at maximum efficiency. To provide the manufacturers three-year warranty on parts the equipment should be covered by a maintenance agreement taken out within the 1st three months of installation. Using state of the art CAD, BRS can supply a complete design package to show conceptual designs, to allow interfacing with other services, and/or to supply assistance in securing local authority approval or consent from landlords if necessary.
