read moreThe original lock he fitted went wrong within two weeks. When I got in touch with him to complain about this, he said there would be a further call out charge. I did not think this was right as the lock was less than two weeks old but still I have asked for his comments. He said he did not believe it was due to any faulty workmanship on his part, however he offered to replace it at no cost with the original make which was at a slightly higher price.
I was more than satisfied with this offer and considered the matter settled.
