Cancelled at last minute, yet knew days ahead they couldn't come
Got a message the day of my move that the van was booked in for a MOT and would be late. Of course it failed and needed a part that couldn't be got.Was told a variety of excuses and having talked to a second member of staff, the stories didn't correlate, somebody was not telling the truth.
Got left with a move and no mover, I am moving countries so this had to happen on time.
Don't trust these people with your belongings!
Not trustworthy. Don't turn up.
