Rubbish
I asked for a quote for a new fence to be put in. I waited in for them to come at 4pm - by 4.45pm I phoned to say I had to go to the vet and to give me half an hour. I got a phone call at the vet's whilst collecting my sick dog. Apparently, they had me muddled with someone else - not a great advertisement, then I was asked how I had contacted them - email, so they scrolled through emails and couldn't find mine - not great. I said, look, I'm at the vet call me back in half an hour when I get home - and guess what! No phone call when I got home. So, no fence contract for them then! Poor organisational skills
