I would absolutely recommend BOS to anyone looking for their wedding dress!
I was nervous after having a not-so-great experience elsewhere and today was the complete opposite. I was made to feel incredibly special and listened to. Darcie was looking after me and was very professional and knowledgeable. I just wanted to highlight how great Darcie is and what an asset she is to the team.
Hopefully my comments make her feel even just a teeny bit as special as she made me feel today! Thank you so much again for a special morning!

I've just said yes to the dress!
I came over from the isle of wight and have less than 5 months until my wedding. Because it's not long until the big day, I looked on the outlet part of the website and choose 5 dresses ahead of my appointment, communicated which ones I wanted to try and they were ready and waiting for me!
When we arrived, the setting of the building, the interior, the staff & being able to see all theag ificent dresses in every single room was just MAGIC. I tried on all the dresses I had planned for, plus a few extras as per the suggestion of Gem & Riley after they had tailored their suggestions to my wants and they kepty budget in mind too. Nothing was too much trouble, I didn't feel rushed Nd Riley & Gem did every single thing they could to go help me. I fell in love with a dress but also had a dress I liked back on the island which I was still deliberating upon too - so I was unsure what to do. Gem & Riley suggested we go for a coffee and take some thinking time which is SO NICE because there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I deliberated and came back and bought my dress the same day and I'm over the moon... Super chuffed! I bought a dress which is perfect for me, under budget & received the most incredible experience with my bridesmaids too...

We do, however, also have to ensure that the showroom experience is the best it can be for you, your guests and other bridal parties.
