We have had a relationship with Bowdraper for over 10 years and maintain a good working relationship with the supervisor and staff responsible for daily office cleaning. It is uncommon for serious issues to require discussion at a higher level, but we opt to meet with their senior management team monthly to assess the quality of service standards.
We are satisfied with Bowdraper as our cleaning contractor, as they consistently deliver a high level of service.
