read moreWe had the pirate bouncy castle this weekend for my sons birthday party. They guy who delivered and picked it up was lovely. We were only ment to have it for a few hours on saturday but it was dropped off friday night and not picked up until sunday night at no extra cost as the guy was having van trouble. My son and his cousins loved it!! Will definetly be using again in the near future

Within a few days of my order I received a follow up confirmation email confirming drop off and pick up times. On the day the Castle was delivered and set up bang on time. Overall I was really impressed with the product and customer service. I will definitely look to use them again.

2018 - We again hired another disco dome, gladiator dual and childrens activity inflatable. It was for a joint 7th and 4th birthday! Everyone loved it and had a great time, josh was fab with communication and very efficient with drop off and collection. Thoroughly recommend these guys ! Thanks again

Bounce Back were very helpful in discussing the various options at the outset and were very responsive to my calls. I was very impressed with the castle itself; it looked clean and new and of good quality. The delivery and collection service was prompt and efficient. Everyone at the party complimented the castle and the kids (and big kids) had loads of fun on it. Excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend.

From delivery through to a bit of technical support on the phone to the end of the day pick up, the service was fantastic, my little boy was very keen to help set up (!!) but the lovely man was very accommodating & gave him jobs.
