We wish you a very warm welcome to the peace and tranquillity of Border Forest Caravan Park Northumberland, located on the edge of the mighty Kielder Forest. There is an abundance of wildlife, numerous walks and nature trails, direct access to the famous Pennine Way. We're ideally located to explore the stunning scenery in and around Northumberland and the border country which is steeped in a sometimes turbulent and violent history, for example the Battle of Otterburn in 1388 where an English army under Sir Henry Percy fought an army of Scottish knights under the Earl of Douglas.

read moreWe are a quiet family run holiday park covering 70 acres of land situated next to the National Park - with direct access onto the mighty Kielder Forest. Since taking over Border Forest 15 years ago, we now have four lovely and comfortable lodges, some with hot tubs. The area was accredited a Gold-tier International Dark Sky Park award in 2014 and continues to be one of the best spots in the UK to stargaze and we are right in the middle of it! Border Forest is the best place in the world for our four legged friends (well we think it is).
