The lads were from Precision Plumbing and we're great. They cracked on determined to get the job done in a day. Got the water tank out with little difficulty. Patched up the brickwork from the old flue of the system boiler and got the new one up fast. Had a hiccup - turned out they nicked a wire whilst putting the standoff for the boiler up. Ended up needing an electrician over to figure that out.
At the end of the day, the lads were in from soon after 8am and didn't leave till the job was done at half 7. Can't fault the commitment, and just got unfortunate. Boiler central rang several times to check in with myself and the guys, and seem to run a great service. Overall very impressed and happy with the result.

The plumber was great and did a good job. The only problem with the quote process as someone does not visit there are unanswered questions. An example for other boiler installers they would get someone to do the brick work, and make it look good, boiler central made the hole water right and put a fake vent cover over it to tidy it up. I would still have preferred the brick replaced but this is not covered

Ryan, our installer went above and beyond with his service. They ring you with exact arrival times and the whole process was seamless. We had a conversion to a combi done, but Ryan stayed until 7ish so it was completed, didn't even stop for lunch. We're renovating the house and he even gave us some advice and helped with a couple of other non related jobs.

Best price I got from comparing quotes and the specs of the boiler. Communications were maintained well throughout and was notified that the installer was going to be a bit later than initially advised.

Time has come to change my 20 years old boiler. There is plenty of companies to choose from but boiler central was the one that had most attractive offers. My queries was answered very promptly and in very professional manner. Combi boiler was installed on the day and very quickly. Gas man arrived early in the morning and finished after 5 hours, which was a bonus. Again, any queries was answered by installer without hesitation, which suggests he did have a knowledge. No time wasted. After installation all documents was sent within a day. I am very happy customer so far.

Found this service to be very competitive on prices and organised my boiler install very quickly with a good guarantee and payment plan. Their sub contractor for the install was very helpful and professional and I found it easy to organise for a service again this year. Price for service has went up however.

Absolutely brilliant company! Easy to use website, really helpful staff. Boiler engineer arrived early and didn't stop working until he had completed the job. There was an issue with the boiler a couple of days following installation but reported it to Boiler Central and the engineer returned within a matter of hours to rectify and has been working perfectly since. Highly recommend Boiler Central

Boiler had irreparably failed this company pulled out all the stops and installed within 24hrs. couldn't thank this company enough. Worked till well past 9pm to make sure all commissioning was complete. Would definitely recommend this company and other similar companies should take note, this is how customer service should be done

I contacted a few boiler companies regarding my old boiler replacement for a new Viessmann 100-W model. Installation quote provided by BC was the cheapest one. At first I have been a bit sceptical to proceed with BC. Based on my previous experience, in order to attract customers some companies provide very cheap quote, but eventually would find any reason (wrong pipe, incompatible socket etc) to rip customers off.
To my disbelief, I was charged the quoted price exactly and not a penny extra! All work was done professionally, and I even got CO2 detector installed for free. At the time when cost of living crisis bites, every little helps indeed. BC even provides two extra years warranty on the top of existing ten-year warranty. I am extremely happy choosing BC, and definitely will contact BC next year again to get my boiler served.
To my disbelief, I was charged the quoted price exactly and not a penny extra! All work was done professionally, and I even got CO2 detector installed for free. After 17 years I have had to have my boiler replaced and after shopping around, I decided I want a Veissman boiler. From start to finish, the staff were very well trained and efficient on the telephone. They were helpful and very prompt and getting me a good value price for supply and installation. They also help me arrange some interest free finance which was very helpful. The engineer was professional and friendly and very punctual. He had removed the boiler in less than an hour and fully installed the whole system and fully commissioned it in less than four hours. I can highly recommend you use them if you are looking to have a replacement boiler and they also offered me an extended 12 year guarantee. The engineer Aaron was brilliant.
