Her extensive career in the hospitality industry involved many years in hotel management (Intercontinental, Sheraton etc) taking her to Dublin, London, San Francisco, the Middle East, Spain, and Portugal. Then followed a move into the Film and Television industry. Working on many major Hollywood productions, she co-ordinated complex travel and accommodation schedules for huge crews and high-profile casts as well as finding unusual venues for many a celebrity party.
