Amazing service this morning from one of your lovely drivers, Christie. My son has been having a taxi to his alternative provision this last week; last week we had a lovely lady whose name I didn't get. However, today we had an exceptionally lovely service from Christie, who clearly cares about the children she takes to their placements. She was really kind and caring and understands the needs of children that are neurodivergent. She is an asset to your company, as it's clearly more than a job and something she takes pride in. Thank you, Christie, it was lovely to meet you.

I required a taxi that was wheelchair accessible for my mother who has a disability. Fortunately, it was during the school holidays, so one was available for use.
Booking the taxi was a straightforward process, and both the outward and return journeys were successful. The wheelchair was properly secured in the vehicle.
Given the service provided, the cost was quite reasonable. I was not aware that a company like this existed, but I will certainly use their services again if needed.
