Amazing support from the team, who fixed my issues quickly. I had an issue with my PC security not working, this was investigated and resolved quickly meaning I didn't have to spend long offline. David Isaac also went above and beyond to check other elements of my PC were okay, as I mentioned I was having an issue with files not saving. Thank you.
