Ive been a gas engineer since I left school and now have over 17 years experience.I served a full apprenticeship with a small independent company, after completing my apprenticeship I work for two large companies on a sub-contract for Charnwood borough council as a service, repair and installation engineer. I gained further experience with a nationwide private company as a lead engineer cover all aspects of gas and plumbing works. I went self employed in 2017 covering insurance works, new build and private jobs.

I would highly recommend BK Plumbing & Heating Services. After moving into our new home to find we needed new gas pipework I came across BK Plumbing through reccomendations and they definitely didn't disappoint. From coming to quote so quickly to booking us in as they understood the urgency of the works. The workmanship was extremely neat and fair pricing for the quality of the work carried out. BK Plumbing made sure that everything worked as it should and was available for further advice when needed. We are that impressed they will be now looking to replace our whole heating system.

We called BK Plumbing & Heating Services on Tuesday because we had problems with our toilet not flushing properly. They came out the next day and sorted the problem there and then as they had the necessary part in the van. The gentlemen who came was professional and friendly and left the area very tidy. Have used BK a couple of times-once to fit a whole new central heating system, and more more recently to make some changes to radiator pipework. Positive experience throughout polite, friendly, on time and reliable. We are really pleased with the quality of the work.

Great service from Ben when our boiler was playing up. He arrived promptly, worked out the problem, part ordered and fitted within 2 days. Ben also checked over the whole system including venturing into the loft only leaving when he was happy all was working well.
