All Bird in Hand meals are cooked to order to make sure they are as fresh as possible when they are served to you. The Bird in Hand provides a huge range of drinks, varying from traditional Mansfield beers, Cask Conditioned Ales, Lagers & Ciders, a choice of quality wines from our Wine Cellar alongside our Stowells house wines which are sold by the glass, plus a perfect range of soft drinks.

We have a varied menu ranging from vegetarian meals, fish dishes as well as steaks & grills which you can choose at your leisure from our main menus, or select one of our home made specialities such as our traditional full roast dinners, hand made pies and other old favourites such as braised steak or liver & bacon etc, all of which can be found on our varying specials board. Although we have an informal family dining area, we serve meals at all tables including our patio area & beer garden.
