Rented an apartment in Lisburn through Belvoir and would highly recommend - easy to deal with from start to finish.
Stefan was always quick to respond to any issues and they were always very quick to reply to any communication, something I haven't witnessed when renting through other estate agents.

This is a top notch real estate agency in my old home town, Lisburn. I live in the U.S.A. and coordinated the sale of my mother's house through this agency. Stefan and Michael were the two main contacts and I was always able to contact them. Always good follow up and good communications which was very important to me. They found a buyer for the house and just finalized the sale today. Within 10 days they had found me a tenant and the tenant had moved in...The whole process was made so easy, Michael and Alison were always at the end of the phone.

Michael and his team provided an excellent service when it was necessary for me to rent out my property. Nothing was too much trouble. Payment rates were fair and my rental payment was always on time and paid directly into the bank. They also provided a great service when the property was subsequently sold. They managed all the viewings and attended ensuring all Covid regulations were adhered to. Recommended without hesitation.
