Belsay Estate

The Lake Cottage is a historic lodge cottage set in rural parkland surrounding Belsay Hall and Castle (open to the public) The cottage is approached via the private drive to the Hall off the A696 Newcastle to Jedburgh road. Close to Hadrian's Wall, Wallington Hall and Cragside and many other Northumbrian attractions. Very nice shop and post office in Belsay village together with a coffee shop. Two pubs which serve meals within two miles.
