read moreThis project approach enables initial engagement and liaison with a Local Authority in order to gain a formal response regarding any potential development proposal which can include either domestic or commercially based schemes. In order to consider any initial design proposal a measured survey would be undertaken in both 2D and 3D format. Alongside this we also offer additional building conditions and level / boundary surveys associated to existing sites or dwellings. Following the conclusion of the initial design stage we will then look to progress a preferred design solution alongside associated documentation to be submitted to a Local Authority for consideration and determination.
