I liked the service, products and prices of Bains Fireplaces, overall impressed with the company. Unfortunately not impressed with MB Manufacturing in regards to the fitting. They didn't arrive on the agreed date and when contacted suggested the mistake was mine, I had left work early to attend and they insisted they were outside despite there being no sign and disputed length of time waited too. We rearranged and this time they did attend, the job took an hour and no apology was given for previous error, despite me apologizing if I had been a bit rude with my complaint. I had to tidy up the job myself as the caulk filling was not that neat.
