In May 2005, our recycling firm was chosen by the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Charity to recycle Yorkshire's unwanted clothing, shoes and textiles, to raise funds for their life-saving service. Textile recycling banks were, and still are, being placed at recycling sites across Yorkshire. From the resale of the donations, over J31, 000 was raised for the charity in the 1st year of launching the scheme. Following on from this successful partnership, we became the proud partner of more UK based charities.

We receive extra funding by selling donations at our shops in the South West collected by dedicated BIU drivers from Red Cross branded, patented, theft-proof banks at Tesco stores.
