Offices are available unfurnished or part furnished, depending on your requirements and fees are inclusive of telephone line rental, electricity, water and central heating.

All license fees include fair use of telephone line rental, water, electricity and heating. Quite often a business's budget is mostly taken up by the costs of leasing or owning your own offices. As if the bill isn't high enough already with yearly fees for the hire of such premises you have to consider the cost of heating, electricity, business rates etc.
